Meet The Band

sMALLTIME is a five-piece, classic rock outfit from Orange County, California, with a unique blend of raw, take-no-prisoners energy. Their music is a cohesive mix of your favorite classic hits, from Led Zeppelin to Lynyrd Skynyrd, Steppenwolf to Cheap Trick, that seamlessly blends into original songs. It’s clear these rock-n-roll veterans know how to use their road-honed chops to take you on a trip down memory lane, when rock ruled the airwaves.

This band doesn’t just play classic rock, they are classic rock.

sMALLTIME slays fans in clubs around Los Angeles and Orange County, opening for such classic rock notables as Jefferson Starship, Ambrosia, Blue Oyster Cult, Y&T, and The Pat Travers Band.  The band's name, sMALLTIME, slaps of irony, considering the huge, fiery intensity of their sound. Every show guarantees the audience a night full of heart-pounding rhythm and rippin' guitar solos; like stepping back in time to a great rock concert.

Bring your friends and prepare to dance ‘til you drop.

Born and raised in OC, she was surrounded by classic rock from the 50s and on, with a musical family always blasting Steely Dan, Santana, the sounds of Woodstock, and more.  She continued to hone her musical skills by singing in classic rock cover bands like OSW Allstars and Grateful Dead cover band Promontory Riders,. Her favorite artists are Joni Mitchell, CSNY, Alanis Morissette, First Aid Kit, Dr. Dog & Mapache. Molly is excited to bring some young, strong, female rock power into Smalltime!
TOBY TRYON: LEAD VOCALS/GUITARS
Picture
Guitarist Toby Tryon, is cut from the same sweat-drenched denim as the rest of the group. His L.A. bands, 11 Sons, Willoughby (Twilight Zone fan trivia), and The Tantrum were popular club mainstays through the '90s. He later toured with John Easdale as a guitarist for the '80s  hit-makers, Dramarama. His addition to the band gives sMALLTIME a triple threat of raging guitars and the bonus of another voice.
